Definition of Lost and Found Items

Any items such as identification documents, money, or other belongings that are found within the museum facilities or outdoor areas and remain unclaimed shall be classified as lost and found items, provided they are not considered disposable.


Lost and Found Announcement

Lost and found items are announced at the beginning of each odd-numbered month, covering items collected during the previous two months
(e.g., in March, items from January to February will be announced).

Only records from the most recent three years are retained in the online list.

Claiming Lost Items

  1. The owner must present a valid form of identification and visit the Exhibition Hall service counter during opening hours to claim the item.
  2. When claiming an item, the owner must clearly describe its characteristics or complete necessary verification procedures.
  3. Once the item is verified, the owner is required to provide contact information before retrieving the item.
  4. Lost items are kept for up to three years. After this period, they will be disposed of or donated to charitable organizations.
